Yasuharu Suzuki is the treasurer of Ginka Middle School's tennis club. He's briefly shown in the manga as an unnamed character, while in the anime, one of the unnamed characters is shown to be Suzuki.
History[]
When Sakuno's Ryoma-drawn tennis ball slipped into their courts, the Ginka team decided to cruelly tease her by knocking over a ball cart. When Tomoka and Ryoma starts to cause a scene and anger Fukushi, Suzuki hands Sakuno's ball to him to calm him down and pin the blame of the ball cart on Sakuno.
Playing Style and Techniques[]
Suzuki’s strength was noted by Oishi during a side-conversation he had with Tezuka. The anime seems to hint that he generally goes all out on his matches, which could mean that he’s an aggressive player. However, he was easily crushed by Echizen Ryoma without any effort from Ryoma’s part and, like his teammates, he was too scared to face any of the Seigaku regulars.
