The Man Called Killer is the 6th episode of the Nationals OVA and 6th and final episode of the Higa arc. It originally aired on September 22, 2006.

The opening song is "Flower-Saki Midareshi Hana" by GIGS and the ending is "Hello & Goodbye" by Kondou Kaoru.

Tezuka plays against Higa Chuu's Captain, Eishirō Kite. Kite shows that he would do anything to win, even throwing small pebbles at Tezuka. Tezuka shows everyone his true form using Hyaku Ren Jitoku no Kiwami - The Pinnacle of Hard Work.

It's singles one and it's Captain Tezuka vs. Captain Kite, who is also nicknamed "Killer" He is renowned for defeating all the ace players in other schools as he is known to attack his opponent's weak points ferociously and quickly.

The match starts and Kite is able to counter all of Tezuka's shots using the Shukuchihō Method, which he uses not only to go back and forth but also side to side, something which he is able to accomplish due to his incredible balance abilities. The game starts off one sided with Kite in the lead. However, when Tezuka seems to be catching up, Kite uses dirty tricks such as brushing small pebbles into Tezuka's eyes. Tezuka, upset, tells Kite that "a racquet and ball must not be used to hurt others." He then attains what everyone thought was to be Muga no Kyouchi but was actually Hyakuren Jitoku no Kiwami and defeats Kite easily.
