Sometime before the Group League, Noah was visited in their house by his older brother, J.J. Noah then congratulates JJ for winning against Switzerland and comments that their next opponents Japan, would be strong. Noah adds that if it would not be on his eyesight, he can be playing together with his brother. Furthermore, he tells his older brother about a tactic the Australia team should use as he predicts that the Japan would use middle schoolers against Australia as they would reserve their high school players against Switzerland. He also predicts that Japan would have offensive players at the start of the game, leading for him to advice JJ that defensive players should be placed against them. Eventually, JJ follows this and comments that Noah's insight is amazing as always.

NoahWeird

Noah finds something weird on the gameplay

As the match between Australia and Japan commences, Noah was proud at first that their players would not lose. However, as the Iron Wall of Jean and Chris collapses, Noah becomes slightly doubtful about the situation. Eventually, during the next doubles, he notices something weird as he plays chess while listening to the radio regarding Milky and Mac's match against Fuji and supposed to be Niou. Noah assumes whether the King and the Knight had changed positions, to which was confirmed as Atobe was playing in the second doubles instead of Niou. This then ruined Noah's strategy and had himself surprised regarding the situation. He then goes to the court to 'witness' the match himself together with their dog Koala.

Noah thanks Atobe

As he arrives in the arena, what he heard were people booing his brother, saying that Dorgias is a disgrace to Australia. Noah counters this as he believes that his brother is the pride of Australia. Noah then introduces himself to the team who were shocked as it was the first time that they had meet him. Noah then tells them the story how Dorgias continuously fight to be a member of the Australian team as that would mean fulfilling Noah's dream as well. He mentioned that Dorgias did not want to continue playing tennis without his brother, yet Dorgias entered the team with himself being in his brother's mind. The other Australian representatives then had a change in heart on how they view Dorgias. Eventually, they all cheered Dorgias on, thanks to Noah, stating that he still believes that his brother would not lose the match. As Dorgias return Kintaro's smash, Noah was worried as his shot might go out. As it hit the bird and Dorgias forfeits to take it to the veterinarian, Noah comments that its just his brothers' nature to care for animals. Atobe then talks to him that sometime in the future, they should play each other but Noah should let his eyes be cured first. Noah then thanks Atobe and exits with the other Australian representatives.
