Koori no Emperor (Ice Emperor) is Atobe's newest technique. It is quite powerful as it was capable of creating a shock wave, leaving the Australians unable to react; and the lights around the court and Inui’s glasses shatter.

First used in Golden Age 208 and in Chess King.
